There’s no agency behind this. It’s just us, Chris and Luke. Chris looks after design and Luke looks after the technology. We’ve been friends for over six years and in tech for longer, and we work on one site at a time and mail the postcards ourselves.
Why we do it this way
Most web design pitches start with a cold call or a Facebook ad promising the world. We didn’t like that, so we skipped straight to the proof: we build the site first, using your real photos and your own reviews, and mail you a postcard when it’s ready.
No AI-generated imagery, anywhere. And a generic photo of a smiling stranger doesn’t sell your bakery. A real photo of your bakery does, so we lead with your own wherever you have it. It’s slower for us, but it’s the only version of this we’d trust if we were the ones getting the postcard.
This isn’t an automation spitting out the same template with a different name pasted in. We look at your actual reviews, your photos, your trade, and your competitors before a single layout decision gets made. Every site is grounded in the real business, not guesswork.
We’d rather send a postcard than another cold email, too. It’s tactile, it’s easy to ignore if you want to ignore it, and it costs us something to send, which is rather the point. The same care that went into your site went into deciding you deserved to see it before we asked for anything.
A website is where we start, not where we stop. As your business grows, we’re here to help you use technology well, beyond just the site.

One postcard, and at most one follow-up. Tell us no and you’ll never hear from us again.
No hostage-taking
Your website and your web address stay yours. Leave whenever you like, and we hand both over.
No filler copy
We will never write “we pride ourselves on quality service” about you, or about us.
No surprise costs
The price on the postcard is the price of the website. To be online, it also needs a web address and hosting. We’ll tell you exactly what those cost, and you can get them from us or anyone you like. You’ll know every cost before you agree to anything.
