Fair question. A stranger built you a website and mailed you about it. Here’s what you can actually check: the phone number on the postcard is answered by one of us. Our names and faces are on this site. The site is already built and sitting there for you to look at before any money changes hands.

And here’s what we never do: ask for card details over the phone, ask for your website passwords or logins before you’ve agreed to anything, or pressure you with a deadline. If anyone claiming to be us does any of that, it isn’t us.

We look for local businesses whose website is dated, broken, or missing entirely. Then we build you one first, before contacting you, using your business’s real name, your publicly posted photos, and your own reviews.

You’re not paying us to start work. You’re deciding whether to keep something that already exists.

From what’s already public: your Google Maps listing, your reviews, your social posts, your existing site if you have one. Nothing hidden, nothing bought from a data broker.

If you’d rather we didn’t use a particular photo, or anything at all, tell us and it comes down the same day.

No catch. $500 + GST once ($575 including GST) for the website. There’s no contract and no minimum term.

To be online, every website also needs two things, and we’d rather tell you now than later. A web address is usually $20–$50 a year: use one you already have, or we’ll buy one for you at cost. Hosting keeps your site online: $30 + GST a month with us, or use any hosting company you like.

Not at all. We’ll find a web address that fits your business and show you the name and the price. Nothing is bought until you’ve said yes.

It’s yours. We buy it at cost, with no markup, and renew it each year at cost. A standard .co.nz is usually $20–$50 a year. If you ever move on, we hand the web address over for you to renew yourself.

It’s built around your own photos and what your customers already say about you. No AI-generated imagery (that rule doesn’t bend), and we lead with your own photography wherever you have it.

You don’t have to take our word for it. The whole point of the postcard is that you can look at the finished thing first.

Then you owe nothing. No invoice, no hard sell, no charge.

We may get in touch once to check the postcard reached you. Tell us it’s not for you and we take the demo down, and you’ll never hear from us again.

Yes to both. Once it’s paid for, the site is yours, and so is the web address, even if we set it up for you. If you want to move to another hosting company or another designer, we hand over your website and your web address. No argument, no exit fee.

Not unless you’re comfortable with code. Your site isn’t made with a do-it-yourself builder like Wix or Squarespace. That’s part of why it loads fast, and any web designer can pick it up later. It also means there’s no editor to log into.

So send us the change instead: new hours, a price, a photo. Small changes like that come with the hosting plan. Anything bigger, we’ll quote before we do anything.

Maybe you wouldn’t. If yours works and you like it, keep it. We’ll say so. We build for businesses whose site is slow, broken on a phone, or years out of date. Compare the two and decide.

The site is already built, so it’s mostly down to your round of changes and, if you need one, approving a web address. Once you’ve said yes, we’ll give you a date.
